Appointment Booking
Appointments must be scheduled through our approved booking system or directly with our team. A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits
Certain services may require a nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of the treatment.
48Hour Cancellation Policy
WE HAVE A 48HR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, PLEASE GIVE US 48 HR NOTICE. IF NOT, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their treatment shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. If the service cannot be completed due to lateness, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
Promotions & Specials
Promotions and special offers cannot be applied retroactively to previously booked or completed services. If a promotion is announced after your appointment, retroactive price adjustments will not be honored.
Payments
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.
Refund Policy
All treatments and services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of aesthetic and wellness services, results may vary between individuals. Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of treatment.
Packages & Prepaid Services
Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated and may have expiration periods of 6–12 months from purchase.
Medical Disclosure & Eligibility
Clients must disclose medical conditions, medications, allergies, and pregnancy status prior to treatment. Providers may decline or postpone treatment if deemed medically inappropriate.
Right to Refuse Service
Pure Hydration Bar reserves the right to refuse service if treatment is determined to be unsafe, inappropriate, or outside professional scope.
Chargebacks
Clients initiating a chargeback without first contacting Pure Hydration Bar to resolve concerns may be restricted from booking future appointments.
Children & Guests
For safety and liability reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment rooms unless previously approved.
Medical Disclaimer
Aesthetic and wellness treatments are designed to enhance appearance and support wellness; however, individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.
IV Therapy Disclaimer
IV hydration and vitamin injections support wellness but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Injectables Disclaimer
Injectable treatments carry potential risks, including swelling, bruising, infection, asymmetry, or allergic reactions. Informed consent is required prior to treatment.
Photography & Results Disclaimer
Before and after photos may be used for educational or promotional purposes with written client consent. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.
Communication & Social Media Policy
Pure Hydration Bar does not provide medical advice through social media, direct messages, or text.
Personalized recommendations require a consultation appointment.
Event & Mobile Services Policy
Services provided at events may be limited and require completion of consent forms and medical screening. Payment is required at the time of service.
Influencer Collaboration Policy
Influencer collaborations may require agreed-upon deliverables, including social media posts or stories within a specified timeframe. Content created may be reposted for marketing purposes. By booking an appointment or receiving services at Pure Hydration Bar, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these policies. Pure Hydration Bar reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.
